Land is available in plenty in Super Corridor, an upcoming area, due to the presence of IT industries in the vicinity. Upcoming luxury projects in this locality are offering 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments in the Rs 30 lakh to Rs 65 lakh range. Plots and villas are available in the Rs 16 to 70 lakh price range.

Hi Ashish,
The Super Corridor area in Indore, which was touted as the best investment destination after IT majors Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys announced development centres in 2011-12, has failed to give returns to investors.

4 yrs ago, property developers had rushed in to launch a series of residential projects, but now most developers are struggling as a slowdown in the market has taken its toll and investors have also burnt their fingers.

Yes Rishi, the Super Corridor is a long-term investment bet and investors need to have patience. A couple of years ago, the prices of plots in the townships shot up to Rs 1500 per sq-ft, but prices subsequently corrected due to gloomy market.
