The metro rail that is coming up in Hyderabad is having a station in Mehadipatnam and this will increase the price per sq feet here. The real estate in this area will see definite development here. and if u ask me, this is the right time to invest in Mehadipatnam.

Mehdipatnam has the biggest expressway in India, the PVR expressway and this area also passes through the old Mumbai highway, that is why the development in this area is high and the price is more compared to the other parts of the city.

I think the present price per sq ft in Mehdipatnam is around 2300 to 2900 rupess per sq ft for apartments. You can get good 3 bhk apartments starting from 45 lakhs or so. or a 2 bhk startinf from 30 lakhs.

Hey Mehadipatnam is a very prominent locality that is close to the commercial hubs in Hyderabad like Banjara hills, and Jubliee hills. Also, there is a military contonement area around here, which is why the area is a very green and peaceful.There are no issues for sucurity too. I think it is a good idea to move to Mehdipatnam.

Hi, Mehdipatnam is one of the best suburbs in the city. It is situated near the PVR Expressway
and they are in close proximity to various schools like Pulla Reddy High
school, Gowtham Vidyalaya and Vardhaman College of Engineering and
hospitals like Sarojini Devi Hospital andpremier hospital,
