See, ECIL has developed into a commercial hub recently and nowadays, a lot of investors are showing interest in this place. It is one of theb est places to invest in as the Cherlapally industrial area and many other facotories have their facilities in here, and thats why you can get good returns for your investemnt in the future.

There are many commercial building also here and the market is increasing for business here. If you want to own a business also, i think the price is rupees 2,100 for office spaces and for rent, the price is around 30 rupees per sq ft.

Hey many new residential buildings are also available here. You have the SR Sri NRI Colony, Dhatri recidency and Vijayas Thrayambakam Residency which are offering good 2 and 3 bhk buildings for an affordable price. You can get a good place here.

Or you can take up a rental huose or an apartment here. the cost for rent is is pretty okay. for houses, it is around 7 rupees/ sq ft and for houses, the price is 5 rs per sq ft

The price in this area right now I think is approximately 2,300 rs to 2,400 rs per sq ft for apartments. And for independent houses, the price is 2,500 rs to 2,600 rs per sq ft. So you will get decent 2 bhk apartments for 25 lakhs and for houses, it will cost around 50 lakhs.

The connectivity is also very good in this place. There is a major bus station in this area that has many TSRTC buses which will take you to other parts in the city. The Cherlapally Railway Station is the nearest Railway Station, and the Secunderaba dRailway Station is alose pretty near by, only 12 km away.

I live around ECIL and recently this place has seen a lot of development. There are many new shopping malls and multiplexes that have come up here and the area is blooming right now! Is is also a very good residential with calm and beautiful surroundings.

Hey! ECIL also has many good schools and colleges around it like the Atomic Energy Central School, Bhavans Vidyalaya, Bhashyam Public school and SR Digi school. You also get good medical facilities in this area with the in the Raghavendra Nursing Home, Shreyas Nursing home, Care Poulomi and Tatha hospitals.

Hey! ECIL is a area that is close to the Cherlapally industrial area. It has the famous Electronics Corporation Of India Ltd located in the area and it also has many social infrastructures around it. If you ask me, it is a perfect place to live in.
