Q: Helo guys. I am a CISF employee and I recently got shifted to Hyderabad and have to live in the Hakimpet area with my family. can somebody please give me a review of that area? Thanks you.
But Hakimpet is close the Outer Ring Road and hence the access from these places is okay via the Outer Ring Road. Apart from that, this place does not have any civic problems like water scarcity or power cuts. You can live comfortably in here with your family.
See the nearest fully developed area near Hakimpet is Bolarum, where you have lots of shops and many recreational facilities as well. But apart from that, the only available shops in Hakimpet are inside the campus of the government institutes and all.
I think the rate for residential plots around here is approx to rs 600 to 650 per sq ft but i am not sure. The rate here may increase in the near future. This place is good for long term investments actually.
The area around Hakimpet has recently been identified as a potential real estate market, and the available land there is seeing a lot of development in here. Most of them are in the form of residential lands and plots, but you do have a few apartments here and there
Not many buses go through the Hakimpet area but there are many auto rickshaws that go through this area and they are pretty frequent. Otherwise you need a private vehicle to move around. It is a little deserted actually, being away from the city.
Hakimpet is famous for the various government and training institutions that are present here. You have the Indian Air Force training centere here and the NISA campus and CRPF traiing institute around here. But there are very few residential complexes and buildings around here.
Hello and welcome to Hyderabad. Hakimpet is just a little away from the city and it is a very pleasent area. There is not much of development around in this area as most of the land belongs to the government but you can get all the good facilities like restaurents, malls, daily needs and other things easily from around here.
Hey! Yes, the Hakimpet area is a little away from the city. But it is green and calm. You do have schools around like the Euro Kids, Kendriya Vidyalaya and Jain Toddlers schools near by and medical facilities will be available in GC hospital and Prshamsha hospital.
