Not only that, there is no regular power supply in this area too, and the water supply during summer is not constant at all. There is a sewage treatment project that is going on here, but that is getting delayed dur to various reasons.

Let me warn you, there are a lot of civic issues in here. Thers is a lack of basic amenities in this place, There is garbage strewn all over the place and there is no proper system to collect the garbage for every house, this can be soo unhygenic.

And i have heard that the real estate market in Ondipudur will see a huge demand and will develope a lot as there is an SEZ that is coming up in here and als as this place is right on the National Highway 47 that goes to Kochi and the State highway 67, so i think there will be a lot more demand for this area in the near future.

As the Ondipudur area is on the bank of the Noyyal River, this area saw an early development in terms of the residents who preferred to live here. and that is why right now you can see a lot of people residing here. and this is known as one of the biggest residential localities in Coimbatore.

Hey reaching to Ondipudur is also pretty easy. It has access to many buses and taxis and the Coimbatore Junction railway station is only like 11 km away from this place and can be reached easily with the help of the state run buses.

Hey do you know that there is an upcoming IT park in Coimbatore that is coming up in Peelamedu? Peelamedu is very close to the Ondipudur ares, so i think that this will definietly increase the development and market in this area.

Yes, I agree. There are a lot of investors who are interested in some property in here in the recent past years. You can expect a lot of change in this area soon, and maybe this area will become the next residential hub of Coimbatore.

Hey there are also a lot of reesidential land and plots that are availale in this area. The price for residential land in this area is pretty less in here as. i think it is around rupees 800 rupees per sq ft.

Hey, i will give you some details regarding the price in this area, the price for independent houses in this area is around 3,200 rupees per sq ft. And the price for apartments in this area is a little higher than the houses, at rupees 4,400 rupees per sq ft.
