Q: I am planning to buy a property(Residential plot of 3-4 cents) in coimbatore. Please suggest me which will be the good option to invest for 7-10 years term, Either vellalore area or Kovilpalayam surroundings?

Latest Answer: Kovilpalayam is situated far away from the main city of Kochi, Spread accross a section of Sathyamangal Road, the locality is also known for housing Lakshmi Mahel, which attracts tourist beacause of its historical and religious importance. There are no hospitals but the locality is well connected via the NH 209

Q: There is news regarding Integrated bus stand in Vellalore, Coimbatore. I am Planning to buy a residential plot of 3-4 cents in & around Podanur/Vellalore as an investment option. How wise it is? Is the place for bus stand is finalised in vellalore?

Latest Answer: Podanur is a really good locality to reside in. It is one of the most preferred residential localities in Coimbatore and also it is the costliest. Majority of the area in here is in the form of residential lands and plots and independent house, But there are also some high rise apartments here that have come up.A lot of investors are now interested in Podanur and are looking for property here. I think it would be a good idea to invest in this place.

Latest Answer: The minimum and maximum guidance values of lproperty goes from about 500 in outside areas to about 2100 in the key areas. Also the prices of houses on resale here is pretty expensive. It is so despite being 8.9 km awayy from coimbatore city.

Latest Answer: There are several place like independent houses, apartments ,and plots available for sale you know and you can find anything depending on your requirement. The price per sq. feet would come up to Rs. 3000 or so around here.

Latest Answer: There are several projects that have been build around here and in the neighbouring areas. Some ot them are really good too. THey are SK Hill view apartment, Annai Athika apartnemt, Purva Bluemont, SMS Lake view , SK Royal classsic are a couple in a 5 mile radius.

Latest Answer: Hello. The price of built houses if you are looking for any is also not bad. For instance if you are looking for an independent house with areas of about 1200 sq. feet then you would probably get it for about Rs. 35 lakhs or so which realy isn't that pricey.

Latest Answer: Real Estate is not really up to par around here. The price per sq. feet around here is at around Rs. 1000 per sq. feet for residential plots. Investing here with long terms plans will definitely yield better returns in the long run.
