Latest Answer: Podanur is a really good locality to reside in. It is one of the most preferred residential localities in Coimbatore and also it is the costliest. Majority of the area in here is in the form of residential lands and plots and independent house, But there are also some high rise apartments here that have come up.A lot of investors are now interested in Podanur and are looking for property here. I think it would be a good idea to invest in this place.
