Hi there, i wanted to mention the price for the project.The 2 BHK aoartment is availabe for Rs 48.5 lakh, while the 4 BHK apartment costs Rs 89 lakh. Considering the features ofered, and especially the locality, the pricing is reasonable in my opinion.

Hi there, the project is decent enough, in my opinion. The project has apartments available in either 2 BHK or 4 BHK, and the floor area for these aparments is 1240 sq ft, and 2280 sq ft respectively. This gives the buyer, an option to choose the apartment based on his requirements.
