The project location Nagole is one of the new upcoming suburbs in East Hyderabad. Telangana Government has decided to extent the Hyderabad Metro Rail up to this locality which means a better communication in future. The project is surrounded by some residential projects such as SMR Vinay Harmony County, Indu Aranya, Vinay City, Anjana Amruta Residency and many other. Hyderabad real estate market has started gaining momentum and Nagole is expecting high growth with GHMC making arrangement towards provision of all necessary infrastructure required in this region. Hi, did you know that the project is psread over an area of 2.7 acres, and the cobstruction of 6 blocks is planned. Also the makers have anounced the construction of 180 units in total, and 2 level car parking within the compound.

Hi, i wanted to tell you about the state of infrastructure around the locality. Some of the schools in the area are Indu International School, and Nagole International School. Also the area has a couple of decent hospitals like Ayu Plus Hospital, and Apollo Hospital.

Hello, i wanted to tell you about the pricing for the project.The 2 BHK apartment costs Rs 28 lakh, while the 3 BHK apartment costs Rs 47.7 lakh. Considering the locality and the features offered, the pricing is quite decent.
