I have spoken to the builder and I was concerned about the maintenance fee as well, but they still have not decided about the maintenance fee. Although the minimum maintenance fee is said to be 1500 rupees per month. It can fall anywhere between 1500 to 2000 rupees.

The builders are expecting a token amount of around 25% in advance, that is before you move in. And the remaining amount of the total amount can be paid by the bank loan or with the help of EMIs.

It will take another 6 more months for this project to be complete. but the possession of these projects will start in the next 3 months if I am not wrong. Right now the plastering and the painting work is being done by the builders, it will take some more time.

hey abdul, this project has a lot of units in the east facing and west facing divisions. Among the east facing division, there are not many up for sale. Only 2 bhk apartments are for sale in this property in the east facing units.

Hello i would like to inform you that the project has been approved by most of the commercial banks in the country. Some of these banks are State Bank Of India, HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, Axis Bank etc. The approval by these banks, helps in increasing the goodiwill for the project.

Hey there i wanted to tell you about the pricing for the project. The 2 BHK apartment is available at a cost of Rs 33.5 lakh, and the 3 BHK apartment is available at a cost of Rs 48 lakh. Considering the locality, and the features provided, the prices are reasonable enough in my opinion.
