Hi, i would like to tell you about the state of infrastructure around the project. Some of the schools in the locality are Gowtham Modern School, and Golden Jubilee School. Also the area has a few decent hospitals like Srinivasa Hospital, and Omsai Hospital.

Hello buddy, i wanted to add that Pride American Township is a wonderfully conceived and executed settlement spread over an 80 acre tract of land at Santhoshnagar. The locality around the project is safe and has plenty of options for shopping, entertainment etc.

Hello, i would like to tell you about the pricing for the project. THe 2BHK apartment is available at a price of Rs 22 lakh, while the 3 BHK apartment costs around Rs 30 lakh. Considering the features offered and also the locality around the project, i think that the pricing is very reasonable.
