The amenities offered in this apartment project are also quite solid. The usual swimming pool and gymnasiums are of course there. You will even get broadband internet connection to your apartment here. There are also some recreation facilities being offered in the SI Calden Heights.

There is also an inhouse maintenance staff in the apartment complex, which i think is a plus point since cleaning and all those works become easy to be taken care of. Also the tight security is a plus point I think.

Yes he's right buddy, that is the average price, and acc to that calculation, the prices of these apartments is almost Rs 50 lacs. Thats quite an avergae sized investment for a 3 bhk in these locality, which is also residential and suitable for a young couple.

Okay yeah, these are all really nice 3 bhk apartments, with an area of almost 1700 square feet per apartment. The prices of these apartments are also quite within an affordable average budget range only - Rs 2950 per sq ft.

Well these are all 3bhks, so I think it will be really suitable for you guys in case you have kids in the future. These apartments will be availalbe for possession from March 2015, which i think is not too far off, neither too close. So perfect for you guys to get all your things in order

I agree, definitely impressive. Its location is also good, in Kollamkudimugal in Thrikkakara. The builders of this project is the Southern Investments pvt ltd, who already have so many completed and upcoming projects in South India, for example in Kochi only, they have the completed projects - Robin Hill, High Point, Kingsway Point, SI Madison Point, SI Levantine Heights, etc and many more

Ok so I think you have chosen quite an impressive apartment building for your first home. This is a really tall apartment building though, actually 13 floors to be exact. But despite that the are less than 100 units in the whole project.
