Hey this project is still being constructed if i am not wrong. It is still being built and i think the date of possession of these apartments starts pretty son, like in Feb 2015. You will have to wait for a while to possess n apartment in here.

Hey on top of that, Banjara Hills is a very good locality to live in. You have many schools in the locality like the Jubliee Hills Public School, Meridian High School, Vidyaranya High School etc. Many medical facilities are also here, like the mega Hospitals, Care Hospitals, Star Multispeciality hospitals.

This project is offering some basic facilities in the apartments like recreational facilities, 24 hour security, a community hall, and 24 hour power back up in case of power failure. So i think all the b asic facilities are covered.

Hi,, this apartments come semi furnished and i just saw the floor plans online, and they realy look big and spacious. They are providing extra space in the kitchen and a servant's room too. I think you can live here comfortably. It is a good project.

Hey this project us only offering 4 bhk apartments for sale. And I think the price for each of these apartments is around 4.5 crore or 5 crore rupees. The built up area of these flats is around 10,000 rupees per sq ft.

Hey 10,000 rupees per sq ft is very pricey if you ask me. Bu t that is the basic average price that is going on fir 4 bhk apartments in that area. If you are ready to pay so much, then i think it is a good project.

Hey this project is located is a very posh locality in Hyderabad. They are right next to the KBR Park, which is a very famous locality. But the area is very nice, with many shopping malls and recreational facilities that are present around.

Hey the Legend Pranav is a small project that only has around 8 luxury apartments in the project. But these apartments are really huge and very spacious. The builders group, The Legend Estates, Is a very popular group who have got many projects to their credit.
