Hello, this project is being construrted by the Legend Group of builders who have constructed many such residential projects in the city. They have been in the business for long now. So i am pretty sure you can trust this apartments that are coming up.

Hey this project will start the possession form the April of 2015, they are still not ready and are undergoing construction. And also, this project has the approval of the Hyderaad Municipal Development Authority( HMDA) , So i am pretty sure you wont be facing any legal issue with this property.

This project is coming up in a very busy area in Hyderabad. Actually they are providing some basic facilities inside the apartments like 24 hour manual security, a smal play area for kids, 24 hour power back up, and some indoor games.

Hey the Legend Flora project is offering 3 bhk apartmets for sala and the built up area of these flats is around 1700 sq ft if i am not wrong. I dont think they have a lot of units for sale.

I think the present price for these apartments ia round 5200 rupees per sq ft. so you will be able to get an apartment for yourself in around 91 lakhs or so. But that is a little more than the average price for flats in here.
