In my point of view, a lot of new development is happening around the Noida Expressway, which can be considered for investing and for self use. Living along this passage has its own advantages in terms of direct access to both Noida and Delhi. Infrastructure development is also going on which is another reason that the area will have more appeal in the coming years.

In my point of view, the overall development in Noida in terms of better infrastructure has seen a surge. More and more companies such as MNCs, manufacturing, power & utility, automobile and IT, ITES are making Noida their base for operations. As per my knowledge, sectors that a home buyer can consider are 8, 10, 15, 16, 22, 32, 34, 47, 50, 51, 55, 61, 62 and of the upcoming Sectors are 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, along the Greater Noida Expressway, 92, 94, 95 and 125. Availability of civic amenities is better in these sectors as compared to the other sectors. Further, while choosing a sector to invest, one should give preference to localities which are near schools, hospitals, markets and offices. The upcoming sectors enjoy the benefit of having a great location and connectivity to other parts of NCR.
