Definitely this airport is going to be a good boost for this area. not only the real estate industry but also the other industries will get a strong boost with the development of Jewar airport. many of builders looking this a big prospects for residential and commercial real estate properties. As Gaursons launched a huge commercial space in that area and many other real estate companies launched some great project for airport nearby area.
Hello Nidhi, I agree with you. The prospects of a new Jewar airport will surely boost the Noida's real estate sector and attract many real estate builders to construct residential and commercial properties here. I too heard about Unnati Fortune Group and that it is offering great residential and commercial properties in Noida with its luxurious projects 'The Aranya' and 'Unnati World'. I've seen the projects' specifications and they are very impressive. I would like to recommend people who want to invest in real estate sector to consider 'The Aranya' and 'Unnati World' to gain maximum return on their investment.

The construction of an international airport at Jewar will help Noida to compete with Gurgaon in terms of social infrastructure and modern amenities. The proposed airport at Jewar on the Yamuna Expressway will surely boost the construction of residential and commercial projects in Noida, and also attract new enterprises and companies to set up their offices here. Several residential and commercial projects like 'The Aranya' and 'Unnati World' are under-construction near the Yamuna Expressway and will surely attract more buyers with the prospects of a new international airport in their vicinity.
In my point of view ,the real boost for Gurgaon was because of its closeness to the airport. A new airport near Noida will change the face of the area. Roads will change and get lit up, law and order will improve, hotels will come up and the area will get cleaned.
@ Anup, As per my knowledge, on the newly developed Yamuna Expressway, where India's only Formula 1 track exists, several developers such as Supertech, ATS, Gaursons, Jaypee and others have launched real estate projects over the past few years. Definitely this location will have an ideal infrastructure.
As per different sources, according to estimates, there would be around 30,000 homes under construction here at the moment. While sales were robust initially, the last two years have seen a massive slowdown. Resale of apartments in this area had totally stalled last year or so but just the announcement has started some movement.
According to me, new airport here is likely to be a shot in the arm for real estate development in the region and could bring home sales back to life, which have been withering over the past couple of years. Noida lost out over the years purely because it was far away from an airport. A new airport will surely bring in corporate demand with more companies considering it as a secondary location which is cheaper as well. With that will come in more demand for homes as well.
In my point of view, if we keep the last two years out, housing demand in Noida has been healthy but corporate demand has not been commensurate. There are lakhs of apartments that are either under construction or have been completed in Noida in the past few years. A new airport transforms an area. Noida and its surroundings could get transformed from a poorer suburb of Delhi to an affluent one.
Hi Anup, It's always been a problem for corporates when it comes to choosing between Noida and Gurgaon for setting up an office. The latter usually got the nod, a key reason being its proximity to the airport. But now with a new airport likely to come up at Jewar on the Yamuna Expressway near Noida, things might change rapidly.
