Q: Hello guys, please give me some information on the Anjugam Nagar in Coimbatore? I have to move there and have to live with my family in there.

Medical facilities are also not so close to this area. You have to go all the way till Saravanampatti or thidiyalur for medical facilities where you have good hospitals like VG Hospital, Ganga Hospita. and Shughi hospital and PSG Hospitals.

The connectivity of this place is also really good. there is the Anjugamnagar bus atop, the gandhi nagar bus stop, somasundam palace bus stop, from where you can get good inter city buses to any place in the city.

Are you looking for schools and all for your kid? then there are not exactly any chools in the Anjugam nagar, but once you go to the Mettupalayam road, you have some good schools in that locality like Thirumurugan school, st. john's boscos matriculation school, and the camford International school

In case you want to take up some residential land in here, then the price is around 1600 rupees per sq ft and that is the present price that is going on in the neighbourhood right now too. and there is actually a lot of land left in here for residential plots.

The price for the independent houses in here is almost close to 3,900 rupees per sq ft or 4000 rupees per sq ft, which i think is pretty reasonable and you will be able to get a good independent house in here for 40 or 42 lakhs.

Hey, the Anjugam area is a very good residential area and it has quite a few residential and housing units actually. It is calm and there are all the things that are needed in everyday life like shops, banks restaurents and all present in here. It has some residential plots availble for sale
