Hey guys, you can see that in addition to the schools and hospitals, there are good hospitals also in this region. There are lots of hospitals here like Vasan Eye Care, Dr. Tony Fernandez Eye Hospital, Alexander Eye Hospital, etc.

Schools and other social and educational institutions are abundant in this region. Some of the good schools and colleges here are Red Apples School, Assissi Vidyaniketan Public School, Lourdes College of Nursing, Thejus Film and Animation Studios, Corporation of Cochin Government LP School etc.

Hey there, in my opinion...Padivattom is a very good residential locality. I have been living here for a long time. Most of the property that you can find here are individual houses. But, there are also some very good apartments also here like the Skyline Melrose, Penta Queen Apartments, Garden Court Apartments, Infra Splendours, etc.

Exactly. among the other commercial infastructural enhancements, I would like to point out some shops, hypermarkets etc other than the mall, which cater to the requirements of the residing population. Some of them are MGF Hyundai showroom, Popular Mega Motors, Hyson Fiat Service centre, SNDP Commercial complex, Oxygen the digital shop, QRS etc.

Padivattom is a very good locality in Kochi. To be exact, it is located near to Edappally along the salem-kochi-kanyakumari highway. The civil lines road intersects the highway here only. This place has good connectivity to the city. Overall, it is a nice place to live.

yeah. This connectivity is really helping this area. You know, this area also has a very good commercial environment. Moreover, you can see that Padivattom is very famous due to the presence of the Oberon Mall here, which is quite famous in Kochi.
