Latest Answer: I heard from a source in the Town Planning dept of the corporation, that the implementation of this project will also bring forward all the existing buildings that are functioning without proper authorisation in Kochi city limits. I think it definitely affects us honest tax payers, because so far these buildings were not paying their property tax amounts, and the corporation was running out of funds, which obviously was harming us, despite us paying the taxes.
