Q: I am planning to buy an appartment in dehradun after two yrs.at this time good apartment cost around rs 70 lakhs.i want to plan for next two yrs what price should i expect after two yrs

Hi Sundeep,
In my point of view, if you will look back in year 2009, average residential plot price was around 17,600/sq-yd. Currently this area, has sky touching price. Now the price is 31,950/sq-yd.
So now you can see , how this price has high pick with in 5-6 years. So it is believed that , residential plot price will definitely rise more in upcoming days.

Hi Mr Nigam,

As per my knowledge, this location is one of the prime developing & good location for investment & personal use. Rajpur Road is a very prime residential location. And well connected with the other parts of the city. Vegetable markets, shops, hotel, hospitals, banks, super markets are available in this locality. So currently average residential apartment price is around 3817/sq-ft in year 2013. Currently this price touched to 4436/sq-ft.
