Late possession

Q: The possession is late more more than a year. The builder didn't even inform about the issue. I suggest don't invest in Jalan projects. Your investment will be at risk.

Even they are not ready to discuss or meet customers. This is very bad. From last 2 years i did not see 1% progress in work. Even they are not giving exact possession date. Looks they delay 1 more year. This is very serious issue.

Pristine, Maple and Jalan are good builders and carrying good faith in Pune. But their few projects are delayed for possessions, not sure why. It has been observed that their few East Pune side projects are delayed by work. Example they have joint project as Neo City located at Wagholi Pune, buyers are waiting for possession from last 4 years. Neo City project was started in January 2011 and people are still waiting for phase 1, 2 and 3 possessions. Not only for these builders but to buy a new flat always check builders record of possessions and then only buy new flats, thank you.

Let Possession in Neo City wagholi...from Builder after paying full amountr.

I suggest do not invest in any Jalan, Maple and pristine projects.

Very truly said. Registration of flats in Phase-I is still pending as on FEbruary, 2015. You will be doomed if you are going to invest in Neo City. I am one of the victims.

The price per square feet in the Neo City is between Rs 4032 and Rs 4039. The covered area is between 864 sq-ft and 885 sq ft. The price range for apartments in this property is between Rs 34.90 lakhs to Rs 35.69 lakhs.

Hi Vinay,
The Neo City has 14 towers and 1065 units of 2 BHK apartments. You are right, the location is indeed very good. The nearest school is situated at a distance of just .70 km from the project. Hospitals, markets, banks etc are all nearby.

I would like to know more about the project. I am planning to buy a 2BHK myself. Please share details about the location, amenities and cost of the flats in this project. Also please share the PSF for a 2BHK in this project.

This project is situated in Wagholi in Pune. The amenities that are being offered in this project include power back up, lift, swimming pool, reserved parking, security, cycling and jogging track, retail boulevard, rentable community space etc.

Yes, Jalan Neo City by Jalan Group is a delay project and expected to be completed by Sept-Oct. 2015.

I wold like to tell all the buyers and property investors that before buying any property you should must check all the legal approvals, verify it by nearby municipal corp., proposed amenities and plan details better if you take the help of the legal expert in it.
