I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of this locality, Sector-144. May I know price trend of this locality & some info about this sector?

Sector 144, Noida is one of the prime residential sector, located on the side of Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. This sector is surrounded by Sector-143, 143A, 143B, Sector 166 & Hindon River. As per my knowledge, Sector-144 is a very premium residential sector with the decent residential environment. In the year 2014 April-Jun, the average residential price was around 3300/sq-ft. After many ups & downs, this price is now touched around 4950/sq-ft in Jul 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is becoming one of the most happening sectors on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

It is quite difficult to get villa in 70 lacs. I think you have to be specific about the location. Exactly which location you want? In Delhi villas area starting from 90 lac on wards.
