what abt new occupants ? do they even get the option to pay for car parking and get the spots?

Silver Park Apartments is located in 24, Thanikachalam Street, T. Nagar. The project offers a total of 124 apartments covering an area of 1,30,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with all the modern day facilities. as per car parking is concerned we pay extra charges for car parking, some people opt for this space and some are not .

The entire ground floor is occupied with shops and there are only 30 car parking spots for a flat of 140 apartments. How are ppl managing ?
