i recently visited this project, amrapali is no more with this project. is this project still worth to invest ?

As per my knowledge, this is a popular residential development in Noida Extension. This project offers 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK apartment, area ranging from 580 sq-ft to 1600 sq-ft. This project is located in one of the prime location with decent residential environment. Builder quoted price is around 3400/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around November 2016. This project has approval from DHFL, HDFC Home Loans & many other banks.

According to me, this popular residential development of Amrapali group has spread over 7 acres. This project has around 1100 units with high rise G+15 & G+17 story towers & around 9 blocks. This project is around 3.7km from sector 15 metro station & near by Cambridge school is around 4km from this project. Indraprastha Apollo hospital is around 11.2 km from this project. Connectivity & transportation is not a issue here.
