I think it is better if you make sure you have all the legal documents that are regarding the land like the approvals from the respective municipalities and DTCP with you to avoid any legal issues further in the future.

The Srisailam Highway is reatively a safe place, as as you have bought this land under a venture, i think it is safe enough. But at the same time, it is better to put a fencingatleast around your plot. If there is no social infrastructure nearby, then there actually is a huge chance of people to built illegal houses there. So fencing the plot would be a good idea.

Hi,
As you have purchased plot in venture. can u tell whether you have purchase for own use or for investment. In my point of view it is always better to built outer wall in your space.

Hey Kadthal is a region that is a little away from the city, So i suggest that you dont leave the land open, as there are nowadays many issues regarding the land encroachments. specially along the outskirts of the city.
