Hi , I came to know about this project from News paper. I want to invest on this project. Can anyone provide some information about project bank approval & Advance Payment plan ?
Hi Abhishek, As per my knowledge, this is a well funded project. This project has bank approval from State Bank Of India, HDFC Bank, Indian Bank ,DHFL, UCO bank, Punjab National Bank & Aadhar Housing Finance Pvt Ltd.
@ Abhishek, According to me, Advance Payment Plan of this project is having 8% of rebate on consideration amount. This plan is like:- At the time of booking- 10%, Towards issuance of Allotment letter- 10%, Upon Execution of Agreement to sell -75%, On notice of possession-5%.

I inquired about this project couple of days ago, i came to know that, there is no financial problem in this project. But due to some other issues construction is slow now a days. We hope the construction will gain full speed very soon .
