Can anyone give information on the Patel Smondo apartment project in Gachibowli in Hyderabad?

Q: I want to know if it is a good idea to take an apartment in Patel Smondo in gachbowli? I am about to take a house there and was wondering about the facilities provided there.

They are going on postponing the completion date.My daughter has booked a flat in Dec2012.The sales person informed us that the project will be completed by 2015.Even the structure is not completed till date.Now they want us to execute a supplementary agreement stating that the project will be completed by 2019 June.The owners should form a group and fight together to get the things done

Are you sure that this project is complete now? I dont think so. I have heard that the completion date of this project is in December 2016, and one more good thinga bout this project is that this project is a already approved by the Greater Hyderabad Municipality.

I suggest that you take up a loan for this project as this project has got approvals from a lot of banks as well, like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, HSBC bank, ICICI Bank from where you can get a loan easily.

This flats in coming up in over 2 blocks in 19 floors in each, and they have over 200 units for sale. and they are all 2 bhk and 3 bhk aparments for sale, and the built up area of the 2 bhk flats in here starts from 990 sq ft to 1100 sq ft, and the size of the 3 bhk apartments starts from 1400 sq ft to 1435 sq ft.

Hey, this is a huge apartment that is coming up in Gachibowli area and it is being built by the Patel Realty Group, who have had many successful ventured all over southh india...and they can be trusted, so i think it is a good project
