Q: Hai, I want to move to an apartment in Madhapur and was llooking at thi snew project called the Vasavis Shantiniketan in Madhapur. I want to know if this project is good or not. Please give me some details

I think you should se ethe floor plans of these apartments. They will give you a good idea about the flats. vasavis group floor plans But as far as i know, this project is still not ready and will be ready for possession during the December of 2015.

I think there are a lot of banks that are offering you some financial assistance in this project as they have approvals from reputed bank like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, State Bank of India, Federal Bank, DHFL bank and ICICI Bank

Apart from the normal facilities like gardens and play areas for the children, swimming pools, and a gym... this project also has some really interesting features like a library, a rain water harvesting plant and some indoor games. They are also providing a community hall for functions.

So in here apart from the 4 bhk apartments the price per sq ft is the same for almost all the apartments, the 4 bhk have a per sq ft price of 4,850 while every other units has a per sq ft price of 4,800 rupees. so the 2 bk are ranging in between 49 to 59 lakhs and the 3 bhk will cost you around 58 lakhs to 1.1 crore. and the 4 bhk are around 1.1 crore to 1.3 crore.

You have a different choice when it comes to the size of the apartments in here. the 2 bhk apartments in here come in a size of around 1000 sq ft to 1200 sq ft. and the 3 bhk apartments have a sie ranging between 1200 sq ft to 2700 sq ft, while the 4 bhk have an area of 2400 sq ft to 2700 sq ft

This project is a pretty big project that is coming up in around over 4 bocks and these 4 blocks have 7 floors in each. So they have around a 200 units for sale. I think they are offering you some good 2 bhk, 3 bhk and 4 bhk apartments for sale.

Hey, this project is being built up some fairly new builders called the vasavis group and they have done one completed project. But you need not worry about anything as this project already has the approval from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corp. so i am sure there wont be any legal issues in the future.
