You will find a lot of independent houses in Vayupuri for sale, and I think that a good independent house in this locality will cost you about 4,600 rupees per sq ft. So that should be around 70 lakhs or so for an independent house.

Vayupuri is close to some major commercial area in the city like ECIL, Malkajgiri etc, so it is a good investment place as well. There are many people who are looking for some place to live in here and I think apartments in this area are really good. The present price starts from rs 2,400 rupees per sq ft. a comfortable 3 bhk will cost you about 50 lakhs or so.

One of the best reasons to live in Vayupuri is that there are no civic issues in here at all. The roads are very good, and the water supply and the power supply to this area is also really nice and there are basically no problems in ths area at all. I think you will enjoy living here.
