Q: Hi, Any one has purchased home in PVNR Shankar green homes ? Is it worth for price? does builder has all necessary approvals ? Is builder worth enough to complete on time ? it is in same status for last 1 year and no one has joined yet . Why ?
we have given a lac as token advance to buy 200 sq Yards individual plot with construction. Builder is refusing to disclose the information and reluctenet to provide details of title and exact survey no in which my house falls under as it is a total of 12 acre gated community layout which has been approved by gram panchayat.
He is not cooperative, finally the story is as
He has sold few flats to an NRI and registered my flat (about to buy) on his name.
Now they are saying that agreement will be done between NRI and us instead of PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES
If we issue the checks on the name of an NRI will there be legal issues later on by PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES
If its so will there be separate agreement between us and builder for construction in the land ?
Will there be any issues in LOAN processing ?
If loan to be disbursed then will it be on PVNR SHANKAR GREEN HOMES ?

Leading banks have given bank approvals like ICICI, LIC, and HDFC. So you can even get bank loans for this project. I think the apartment prices are also quite affordable because the total price is inclusive of everything like maintenance fees, construction fees, or facilities fees. There is no additional charges for all these things.
So what I know about this project is that Shankar green homes is a complete gated community. You get triplex and duplex houses here. There are 3 kinds of constructions that the builders undertake. One is the 150 square yard home, which is approx 1320 square feet and costs 31 lakhs. Then there is the 167 square yard construction, which is 1350 square feet and costs 33 lakhs. There is even a 200 square yard construction that is close to 1400 square feet and costs about 38 lakhs.
Hi Kiran. This project is still under construction. Actually the project work only started 5 months ago. There was no delay as such and there are totally 250 houses that are said to be constructed in this 16 acre property by December. Currently, the developers have even started brick work. In order to get a property here, you will have to pay a registration fee. I definitely think this project is worth it. The possession date of the project is December 2015
