Three variants of sites are available here. They are 1080 sq feet, 1800 sq. feet and 3600 sq. feet ones. Their prices are as follows. Rs. 9.23 lakh, Rs. 15.39 lakh, and Rs. 30.78 lakhs respectively for the starting to the end ranges.

Builders are actually taking time to develop the land by giving it all the necessary amenities. The possession date according to them is expected to be somewhere from the April of this year which is just a month away from now.

Amenities being provided are 24-hour power back up and avenue plantations. They have neatly divided the roads in the land here but they aren't tarred. Also yes. it is approved by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Developmental Authority so you will get all the necessary services like power, electricity and others.

This is a project being developed by Bhashyam Developers, near the out ring road area around Adibatla and it is expected to contain anywhere near 100 to 500 residential plots in total catering to different price ranges and different plot sizes.
