It's great that the developers have made sure a couple of amenities. It is expected to have a garden, a children's play area, a rain water harvesting facility, well-tarred roads for easy access, water supply through bore wells, and electricity poles.

Square feet area price is actualy not bad here. It costs JUST Rs. 900. Also it is approved by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Developmental Authority which means if you are building a house you will get all the necessary things like electricity, water and others without much trouble.

Hi. You know. The plots here in this project is of two different variants. Of which one is 1080 sq. feet while the other is 9000 sq. feet with them costing Rs. 9.48 lakhs and Rs. 79.02 lakhs respectively which is not bad.

This is an under construction residential plot project by Sark Group. They operate in Hyderabad and Bangalore and have completed over 11 projects with 5 more ongoing projects. Also it is expected to have anywhere between 100 to 500 units of plots.
