Hi Sweetha,
KG Signature city is at Mogappair and not Ambattur. Currently it is in the process of handover and is a good project to invest in to in that area. Dont know about the sq.ft price, but i see lots of ad everywhere, you can call up KG and find.They can guide you through this.
