Information and details about the Kothaguda locality in Hyderabad
Q: Hi, I have plans to move to Kothaguda with my partner and my extended family. Till now I have lived in the southern part of the city, and I dont have much idea about Kothaguda. Can you please provide some details?
A part of land in the area of Kothaguda was recently under some ind of a controversy. There is a part of land in here that belongs to the Gurukul Trust, and there are some residential properties that are coming up in the said land, but it is illegal, and they can be demolished. and you will be facing legal trouble if you choose a project that comes under the Gurukul Trust Project. So, make sure that whichever place you are choosing has all the legal documents.
