The locality is situated at a distance of 48 km away from the Coimbatore International Airport and is connected via NH-47. The Coimbatore Junction is around 57 km away from the locality and can be reached via NH-47 and Avinashi Road.

As far as i know the current property prices in the locality are around Rs 2200.The low prices can b traced back to the fact that the locality is at some distance from the main city. But with increasing development the prices are bound to increase in the bear future

Yes i agree about the development part. Despite that the area has decent hospitals in the vicinity like Maruya Hospital ,Veterinary Hospital ,Primary Health Centre, Malar Priya Medical Centre, Sree Saran Medical Centre, and Sri Aravindhar Hospital. This should give you plenty of options to choose from, right?

Since the area is on the outskirts, it hasn't seen that much development. Still some decent schools in the area are KMC Public School, Government Primary School, Shiv Sakthi Marticulation School, Prem Garden primary School, and Saradha Vidyalaya Marticulation School etc.

Yeah, here is the information you want. The place has a decent network of roads, which help connect it to the city. Some of the prominent roads in the area are Salem to Coimbatore Highway, SH-196, Perumanallur- Kunnathur Road. These roads, apart from improving the connectivity, also promoted development in the area.

Well if Kanakkampalayam is close to your ofice, then you can definitely consider it, otherwise the locality is quite farway from the main city of Coimbatore. The locaity is around 50 km, north east of coimbatore and surrounded by localites like Nathanpalayam, Anna Nagar, and Chettipalayam.
