Q: I would like to know more about the Moula Ali locality as this will benefit me in the future because I am planning to shift there with my partner in the future.
there are some nice apartments which i think that you should see as they are selling apartments for sale. like the Jai Lakshmi Sreenivasa Heights, Namishree Chandralok apartments, Padmavathi Plaza, Veera Reddy Enclave, Sri Venkateshwara towers are all having good 2 bhk and 3 bhk units. As this place is widely populated now with many people living in this place and lots of shopping malls and industries coming up in here, there is an acute water problem that is persent in this locality, summer times are the worse though.
If you want to go for a rented place, then the rental price in this locality is also pretty reasonable. The monthly rent is any where from rupees 5,000 rupees per month to 9.000 rupees per month, so yuo should consider this option as well.
I think that this place will see some more development in the future as this is a well know industrial area having Everyready and Cocacola industries also nearby, so I think people would prefer to move in here now.

Maula Ali was a very calm and an untouched locality until recently, but from the past 5 years, it has seen a lot of development, It ha become a major commercial hub now, and there are many shops and malls that have come up in here in the recent times.
The Ecil bus Depot is very close to this place, it is only 2 km away. and you can get many buses from this place, so it is even easier for you to move over the city from this place.
Moula Ali actually developed in the recent times, due to many factors as it is close to Government facilities like ECIL (Electronic Corporation Of India Ltd) and Nuclear Fuel Complex and many other companies that have been established in here, and the people who work in these facilities stared moving in here.
If you want to take up an apartment in this place, then I think thatthe price for them starts from around 2,400 rupees per sq ft. so basically you will have to shed out around 35 to 40 lakhs in the process to get a good apartment.

yes, Moula Ali has a lot of developement now, and it has grown as a well known residential area as well. The Dargha in here is actually one of the heritage sites of the city, and it is believed to have been built in the 1800s.
Moula Ali is one of the oldest places in the ciy of Hyderabad, actually this place is known for its old architecture and history and the mosque that is present in here is pretty famous. This area was a very prominent location during the nizam times, and now it has developed a lot.
