hmm…these quality measures are the reason this builders have become the leading builders in Kochi. Last year they had a turnover of 250 crores. This year they are expecting a 30% increase. This is because of these measures and the confidence they have brought about in the minds of the buyers through their completed projects.

Hey, no wonder, the 60% of the customers of Asset homes are actually NRIs. It has completed around 36 projects including some projects with even the Crisil's Seven Star rating in the last 7 years.

Actually, I think, the Asset Homes are the first builders from Kerala to bring such a facility for the investors. The facility tries to attracts the NRI investors who can make payment via bank transfers, credit, or debit cards also.

Hello there, Recently in the news there was something about the Asset homes which is launching an online facility for the buyers across the world to book the apartments they are providing. I think, this will increase investments to this builders.
