Never fall into the trap again. They can make foolish statements saying heaven on earth. Once you start trusting them no one can save you.
They still not understanding the pain but just want to construct SS1 from customers money ONLY.
All the investments paid by the customers were utilized for their lavish expenses and other activities but not for construction.
Now asking customers to support them without any shame.

They are calling customers not to mingle with other customers but to support the project. They also says that both customers and builder are on the same ship.
In fact, they didn't understand that both are on different ship, and customers paid for ticket, and the builder is not allowing them to enter. Builder is asking more and more money to enter into the ship., which is an illegal actiivty.
Totally blaming the customers only for their mistakes happened so far, and not for constructing SS1., which clearly shows their unethical process. Now they fallen on HUB.

5.) Visit RC puram police station near BHEL and check the FIR against them and the number of people in that FIR.
6.) If you have any relative or acquaintances in any media house check with him.
7.) Talk to land owners whose case is in Arbitration against Aliens.

Yeah..there is also a corpus fund and the service tax as well as VAT charges that will be applied for the apartments other than the total charges. There will also be a corpus fund of rs. 125 per square feet that is refundable to the owner. This is payable on handover.

I think the booking advance that you have to pay for the Alien Space Station is the 5% of the total amount. The amenities cost is rs. 595000. For home automation, the charge is Rs.200000. The charge for WEGI is Rs. 300000.

I think that even though the price is a bit higher than normal, you can easily get bank loans for this if you need. This project has approvals from various leading banks such as Punjab National Bank, State Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, as well as Bank of India.
