Hi David , to create good infrastructure govt need land and it is true that HC approve land acqusition process for pachalam rob. The Railways shares 50 per cent of the construction cost for the ROB, and an amount of Rs 50 lakh was already allotted for the same. The remaining amount will be paid by the Railways as the work progresses.
