Hi all, i have recently visited the project and the project looks astonishing, they have completed the phase 1 with 46 villas and expected time of delivery would be during mid april 2017, but they have got only few units left out.

I am not so sure whether the master floor plans for the gated community have been released or not but the e-model, sky view, and elevation for these villas have been released and you can check them out at residential projects in hyderabad

I was checking the e-models for the villa apartments and they sure do look like a good choice. Each bedroom has an attached toilet and there are separate living and dining rooms and a kitchen with a dedicated washing area.

Hi, I am pretty sure that these apartments are still under construction and that the apartments will not be ready by this year and they will only be ready to occupy during the december month of 2016. But the booking period is still active, I guess.

A 3 bhk in the campus would cost you around Rs. 55 lakhs and the prices for the smaller bhk should be around Rs. 79 to Rs. 80 lakhs. and the bigger 4 bhk should be around Rs. 88 to Rs. 89 lakhs.
