These apartments are being constructed on around 2.5 acres of land in Miyapur. I think the gated community will have around 3 blocks in the campus and each block will have a maximum of 6 floors each and will have around 100 to 500 units for sale.

I was just checking out the floor plans for these apartments and I think they look quite decent. Bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the mster bedroom has an attached balcony, then there is a separate living and dining area, and a kitchen with a dedicated washing area.

They have 2 and 3 bhk apartments for sale in the gated community. The two bhk apartments is available at a carpet area of about 1100 sq ft and the 3 bhk apartment should be somewhere around 1960 sq ft to 2085 sq ft.
