How is the Gomati Nagar Locality? How is the civic and infrastructure development of the locality? Can you give me some ideas of this locality so that it will give me buying properties over there?

The current residential property rate in the locality is Rs. 3750/sq-ft whereas in Paarth Arka it is Rs. 3800/sq-ft. So, there is a chance for negotiations on the said price.
