Silk Board Locality Review

Q: Is is a good bet to invest in this locality? Can I expect good appreciation in the future?

What is the capital value in this area and how is the traffic? I heard that people have to face a lot of traffic congestion.

Presently the average capital values in the area ranges from Rs 2,600-3,500 per sq ft. Silk Board Junction is the city's worst traffic bottle neck. You have to face traffic issues during peak hour. Buit once the Electronic City Elevated Expressway is completed it will reduce the traveling time between Silk Board Junction and Electronic City but will also help in decongesting the area.

You can look for projects like Dreamz Sangam, Dreamz Sarovar and DS Max Serenity Nest which are under construction property. If you are interested you can also go for resale properties in this budget or even lesser.

Hi Omar, It is an awesome locality if you are planning to invest in Bangalore and the locality has seen 10.45 per cent in the property price during January to March 2015 quarter.

The locality iwell connected to Outer Ring Road and is close proximity to IT areas such as Electronic City, Marathahalli and ITPL.
