Now one more question which arises to my mind that what is the resale market of properties in Banglore in Sarjapur etc. area ?? Since Once I commit and purchase one flat. If at all I have to shift to other place on change of job. Will I be able to sell the used property easily ??
Also I would like to know Can I get Resale Property at easy term like payment at some defered interval etc?

The Bangalore International Airport has made Hebbal an important destination. Slowly but gradually the area is emerging as an IT Hub with several technology companies and parks. Moreover Hebbal has good infrastructure like metro, upcoming monorail and high speed rail networks.

Marathahalli lies adjacent to the old airport on HAL. When the IT industry in Bengaluru exploded, Marathahalli was transformed overnight into a self-sufficient region.

Interestingly, the locality is a residential, commercial as well as an industrial hotspot of Bengaluru. It is one of the earliest developed localities in Bengaluru.

The real estate market in Marathahalli is booming. Because of its proximity to the IT hubs like ITPL, Sarjapur-ORR and Whitefield.
