As i have studied closely about these localities and found top 5 rental destinations according to the availability of apartments.

1BHK :- Mira Road, Kharghar, Dombivli East, Kandivali East and Goregaon East.

2BHK :- Kharghar, Mira Road, Goregaon East, Kandivali East and Ghodbunder Road.

3BHK :- Kharghar, Andheri East, Kandivali East, Mira Road and Chembur.

Hi Sir,
Andheri East too observed a excellent number of apartments for rent. On the other hand, the demand for rentals is normally witnessed by the higher middle-class income group. Kandivali East and Mira Road too offer 3BHK units. However, most of the projects available in the areas are limited to 1 and 2BHK units. Chembur was one of the areas that witnessed a decent number of rental apartments during Q3.

On the other hand, since the land valuations are higher in Mira Road in comparison with different parts of Navi Mumbai and Thane, there are more 1BHK flats than other configuration.

In the same way, Kharghar witnesses a good amount of lower configuration apartments as it can be found in the industrial region of Navi Mumbai. As a result, people who like to stay close to their work location look for rental housing in the area.

As it lies in the industrial region of Navi Mumbai. As a result, people who prefer to stay close to their work location look for rental accommodation in that area.

Dombivli East is another upcoming area just over and above Thane that witnesses a good number of 1BHK flats for rent.

As one moves more on the way to the western suburbs, the availability of smaller size apartments decreases due to less affordability. On the other hand, Kandivali East and Goregaon East offer a number of 1 and 2BHK units. Ghodbunder Road, which joins the eastern suburbs and Thane West to the western suburbs considers cheaper rentals as more people prefer to buy property here.

When it came to availability of lower housing configuration, for example, 1 and 2BHK units, Mira Road and Kharghar witnessed the most number of flats. It is just beyond Dahisar, a western suburb of Mumbai. It also witnesses a good number of rental accommodation because of reasonable rentals cpmpared with the western areas of Mumbai and its closeness to the famous business areas of Mumbai.
