If any one is interested , please contact directly with the builder , i recently call builder concerned person he told me that project is almost sold out and few unit is available. when I enquiry about the possession of this project builder said that it will be handover till 2018.

Hi, as per builder is concerned till date builder has completed one project in Chennai and two project are in ongoing status. builder rating is not available anywhere either in net or in list. but in my point of view this builder has lot of project in pipeline and coming yrs I think he will delivered good quality of project.

Hi Madhkar, I am sharing project information Number of Floors: Stilt + 3, Flats on each Floor: One 2 BHK + One 3 BHK, Covered Car Parks: 1 for 2 BHK & 2 for 3 BHK, Elevator: 6 Passenger, Power Backup: 100%. Nice project for investment point of view.
