Hi,
I have read in newspaper that around 500 individuals assigned units by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board in Sholinganallur are in tears on the grounds that the undertaking has been postponed by right around two years, supposedly because of an absence of stores. The units were booked to be given over in 2013 to the purchasers who have paid the majority of the expense.

In 2011, the TNHB start two project under the Low Income Group plan (LIG) and High Income Group plan (HIG) and allocated the units to applicant through a fortunate(Lucky) draw. It Planned 392 LIG Units, in four-story structures, with every 500 sq ft unit costing Rs 15 lakh and 99 HIG flats in a 13-story building with every 900 sq ft unit costing Rs 26 lakh.
