Mahindra BloomDale Mihan Project

Q: Hi all,

Please do not buy property from manhidra and mahindra builder they are liers. there residential project bloomdale is failure they have cheated 650 flat owners. there project is delayed by several months.they bribe the banks for loan approval, land dispute case is going on against them.complete harassment by mahindra and mahindra in almost all projects in india. now i heard 650 flat owners association is filing a case against them in mh consumer forum.

Hi all, M&M Bloomdale is launching in 2012 and still project is facing construction delay and builders always giving a new date of completion, if anyone know when this project is going to complete?

Hi Anup, Thanks for information as I have also heard of Mahindra and Mahindra project that a lot of illegal issues is going on with the project name Bloomdale. No dough project is good for residential purpose, but if anyone planning for investment check all legal documents and delay compensation act.
