Q: i am 45 yrs old in govt service posted in uttrakhand. as i belong to lucknow i wish to settle down in lucknow after retirement . I wish to live in apartment . What will be the best time to buy an apartment .if i buy it now there will be lot of wear tear in 10 years

Hi Sundeep, I think this is the right time to invest in the residential apartment.Check under construct or pre-launch project which come usually in low-cost comparisons to ready to move properties. At the time of retirement I think all people want to be relaxed and tension free life.
