Hi , The builder is providing various amenities like Gym, Yoga / Meditation hall, Children's play area, Indoor play area, Multipurpose Hall, Mini Theatre, Tuition Centre, Retail Outlets.

Hi Sweetha , BBCL Navarathina, Ambattur, Chennai project is one of the best project in this location and builder is offering a price of Rs 4375 per sq ft and total no of unit is 144 with 4 blocks in stilt+4 floor structure. The project has almost completed condition and the builder said that he will deliver projects in Sept 2015 to the owner of the apartment.
