Hi Priya, As per the builder he has taken pre-approval from CMDA and also builder has tied up with ICICI bank, HDFC bank for this project and he will provide assistance in getting loan process.

Hi all, Recently I have contacted builder and he said that project is complete in Feb 2017 and currently the price is Rs 2795 per sq ft. I am bit convinced with the builder and looking forward for this project.

Project Jain Atulya is strategically located at a tranquil locale of Navalur. Just 5 kms off the OMR-Navalur junction leading to the Medavakkam - Velacherry Road. Easily connected with 3 major arteries of Chennai the ECR, the OMR and the GST. I think this location will be a max appreciation in coming 5 years in terms of both rental and residential purposes. The project is adjusting to IT park and major IT companies.

Hi all, Jain Atulya launch in Jan 2015 and at the time of the launch price is Rs 2495 per sq ft and within 5 months of time span price of this project revised to Rs 2795 per sq ft.Right now the builder is not providing any discount in this project, but if anyone interested he can negotiate for the best price.
